Knights Circle  | New year, new updates

Happy New Year KC Residents! We hope you had a great break and are ready to dive into the new year. As far as events go, for the month of January, we have a pancake breakfast, Chick Fil A lunch, walking tacos, and a yoga class. Be sure to follow us on social media @knightscircle for more details. 

As a reminder our accounting and maintenance offices have merged in the Phase 2 office. This means that Res Life has taken over our Phase 1 Office officially. If you have any questions about the merge feel free to give our offices a call!

Being that you just came back from break or maybe even just moved in, we wanted to go over some protocols for our Mail Center. The Mail Center is located right across from the Phase 1 office. They are open Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm, and closed on Sunday. 

Here is a list of some frequently asked questions:

Do I need some form of photo I.D to pick up a package?

Yes.

Does the mail Center have a phone number?

No, but they do have an email: [email protected]

Can someone else pick up my package?

Yes, other people can pick up someone's package, they just need to send us an email authorizing that person permission to pick it up. Please include their first and last name along with a picture of their I.D in the email.

How long will the mail center hold my package?

We only hold onto packages for two weeks, including the holidays. The packages will be returned to the sender after the two-week window passes.

Do we get a notification for letter mail?

No, we only send notifications for packages.

What if I moved out and accidentally sent a package to KC?

Any names on packages or mail not belonging to a current resident will immediately be returned to the sender as we cannot accept mail for anyone who does not reside at Knights Circle.

What if Amazon said my package was delivered, can I pick it up immediately?

Please wait for a email/text notification from Knights Circle to receive your package. On busy days it can take a while for our staff to check in every single package to each students account so that you can sign it out. 

What if my Hello Fresh meal got delivered to the mail center?

Any perishable items will be thrown out after 48 hours.

Does the Mail Center sell stamps or forward mail?

We don't sell stamps and we can't forward packages or mail. However, we can send out packages or mail that has already been paid for.
